Communications & Program Manager : Our ideal Manager would be from a multi-cultural background, with a passion for arts, and spiritually inclined.  This position requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to speak eloquently at various forums. Central to the position is the ability to conceptualise and implement promotional and communication strategies and to interact and network with diverse groups.

The Manager's duties would entail :

• Developing and maintaining Media and client relations
• Content Management for - Website/ Newsletters/ other promotional materials
• Programming of Events
• Photo and video documentation of programs and events
• Database management

Facility + Sales Manager (Residential Position)- We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to be overall in-charge of our facilities; which includes 20 residential rooms, administrative and utility buildings, studios, halls,  common grounds and lawns.

• Coordination and Supervision – Overall incharge of the campus, and of maintaining the quality of facilities including housekeeping, laundry, food service and production.
• Business Development/Marketing – Processing reservation enquiries, maintaining client relations, developing and implementing new strategies to increase business from different quarters.
• Organising – Facilitating event organization, hosting guests
